Paper hearts

On Sunday I wanted to make some paper hearts with Ethan.  We haven’t really done any kind of crafts where there is a finished goal in mind….so today was the day.  I had the idea, inspired by this pin, to cut out some colorful paper hearts and string them up for Valentine’s Day.  With the idea that we would hang them over our breakfast table.  Simple dimple. I had visions of myself folding the paper and drawing the template…and Ethan cutting them out.  I knew his almost 4 year old self would’t cut the best hearts, but that didn’t matter…we was going to relish in the imperfectness.  So off we went to Target to buy child’s scissors and some construction paper.  We were going to kill it!
